18 Hole Stableford ~ Playing Handicap = 95% of Course Handicap ~ Yellow Tees

Conditions:

1. Open to Men 55 years of age and over who are not members of Puttenham Golf Club
2. CDH number must be provided on the entry form below (your golf club will have this information)
3. Maximum handicap index 24.0
4. In the event of a tie winners to be decided on count back over the last 9, 6, 3, 1 holes etc.
5. Smart casual may be worn at the prize-giving
6. Entries are accepted on a first come first served basis and should be received by 9 June 2026.
7. No refunds will be given after the closing date 

The start sheet will be sent out via email after the closing date of 10 June 2026.
