Pro's Tip
Puttenham’s opening hole, although a short par 4 with no bunkers has a tricky first drive! The tee shot requires a 150+ yard carry uphill over “The Pit” and iconic Oak. A ball sliding too far right will find the graveyard but find the fairway, and you will leave a forgiving approach into this large green with subtle slopes and a back ridge to consider.
