What is Flexible Membership?

Puttenham Golf Club’s Flexible Membership is perfect for golfers who want the key benefits of traditional club membership—such as holding a WHS handicap and playing in club competitions—but with the added freedom to tailor your golf around your lifestyle and schedule.

Why Join?

• Ideal for busy lifestyles
• Enjoy club competitions and an official handicap
• Great value for occasional or seasonal golfers
• Full access to Clubhouse facilities and member benefits

How It Works

• A 12-month, points-based membership
• Receive 1,000 points with your subscription
• Top up as needed: 500 points for £375
• Use your points how and when you choose – weekday or weekend, peak or off-peak
• Check the Points Timetable for how many points are required per round

Important Notes

• Unused base points do not carry over to the next year
• Top-up points do carry forward, giving added value
• The Club reserves the right to adjust the Points Timetable with a minimum of 7 days’ notice

Other Benefits

• Free County Card - gives you discounted green fees at over 1000 golf courses in England
• Maintain a WHS handicap - accepted worldwide
• Free hire of the clubhouse for celebrations/parties - subject to minimum spend of £250 on food/drink
• Courtesy golf at other participating local clubs - subject to surrender of the applicable points amount
• An optional £125 bar card top up paid annually at the time of joining or at renewal is required if you would like access to the bar and food discounts
